There Is No Stress in the Garden

It’s okay to cry. Crying helps us heal. Tears allow us to let go of pain, and be gentle with ourselves. No man or woman is an island.

Some people have become cold, like ice-cubes creating these barriers to protect themselves. They do not have any warmth. Love is warmth and they are afraid of love. When love comes close, they start melting and those icy boundaries disappear.

Nature is a love that dissolves the boundaries that keep us isolated. There is joy to be found out the great outdoors. There is no stress in the garden.
